From Cre8 Your Life of Joy: forgiveness and destiny

Like when you perpetuate the sensation of Certainty, open to the solutions that await you, to share with others, too, you perpetuate the feeling you are loved. No matter what, the pecadillos and problems you’ve built into such serious effects, wash away in the light of acceptance. It is the focus you give a feeling that defines it. When you love yourself like you would your dearest friend, the motives to harm yourslf with behaviors fall under their true light. Gulit can circumscribe patterns of restriction, but Forgiveness, now, will open your world to benevolent possibilities. Ultimately, the inability to Forgive can tie to a sense of your participation in those matters, for lines you crossed, for things you said and did without realization of the precarious nature. The vibration of you as you live in your best possible life, would be weighed down too much by your focus to not forgive.
Accountability, discernment – yes, those remain in the equation. But we are embracing the liberation of the consciousness, so however long the calling-to-account may take when things are mismanaged or people have behaved in ways that defy the resiliance of someone like myself, who has parted ways with disappointments bringing me down, while I understand, the paths of others, and so ultimately myself, have met violation, privation, and ill-consideration.
To forgive the part of yourself in them that you know to be, cosmically, you, is to acknowledge their part in your story, as cosmic allies who modeled banal behavior and worse in their mundane interactions with, ultimately, you. Your forgiveness is not based on foregoing any mortal sense of wrong and right. It is based on your wish fulfilled, to dance among stars beyond transitive cares. It is because you accept who you are becoming, that you cannot afford the karma, if you will, of feeling that debt is unpaid. Unpaid debt can be equated with scarcity, for it is a concept of Lack. Once you have imagined a future beyond the transgressions of the lower-frequency behaviors, you sever your association of your inner self with those stories that waste your imagination on perpetuating fear and doubt. Your union with Self calls for it, and your peace of mind can never be underrated by comparison to any material circumstance. Time is not the pressure, and you, a pen, hapless to report what the five senses got today, plus ongoing analysis. You're the one that gets a grip, rather than feeling grabbed by a giant hand like an illusion from the villain Mysterio. Once you have your cosmic home, you choose not to leave it, for its rooms are situations, everywhere; it hosts your episodes with the grace and elegance implicit in Time, when it has become the pen and you have become the pressure, to each page of Existence. Time is not the pressure, and you, a hapless pen. If you recognize that state of mind, you will find yourself ever more eager when you are the one who dips the quill, for it is your freedom of expression, the edge where your imagination and all the world to see, meet.

Lion's Gate Portal, Music, and the 7th Dimension

Here on the night of Lion’s Gate Portal, I hear our Internet buddy with the great tarot mention, today is about the harvest of communication with the Seventh Dimension.
I arose, relieved, myself a long-time theory: perhaps, on the way to the Nine Dimensions I envisioned in California, I speculated the Seventh Dimension is where we perceive as Music originates.
We have a wonderful character, Tappandalli, since 2001, who is a sentient plant being, capable of taking the form of any plant it can imagine, is from there, and plants grow from a resonance beyond. Perhaps he was from the 6th dimension, and it really doesn’t matter too much, because Tap was my mental construct, and that was the emissary to be depicted in 2-D, 3-D, and Animation. The spreading out of imaginative space, the comfort with a soul star sure in knowledge; this is what multi-dimensional storytelling has always meant to me, and I imagined that which required Perspective and Context, layers to appreciate and question. So storytelling, string theory-inspirations, and quantum audacity. That’s how we make Integr8d Soul.
Music allows songs to be creatively re-imagined and arranged, yet become recognizable to the Self with the gentlest of markers. Sometimes, the tap of a foot, the rap of a hand, or even a whistle. But in the event of human life, there is the older perception of rhythms underlying life and society/ Imagine those are more real than the people themselves. When I would overcome my anxiety at the thought of what I estimated I didn’t know or didn’t have, I would let music be, not a reason for shame, but a skill built with Joy. You begin either with strumming strings, or humming, or a sturdy phrase, which itself often changes by the time it reaches the page
What amazes me is, some tunes apply to the situation, but never make it back to attention. When I am sure of what is said, however, I stay with it, and accept that some weeks later, words and music may change. The end to which songs serve us is consistent, yet shifting over time, in new perceptions.
“Urin Nitro” and “new Angela Dawn” are two great sets of lyrics, inhabiting our A/Pop and folk rock spheres. In one, we use Korean to embody our formation in which our spirits, rise. “new Angela Dawn” starts as its own mediation upon what an ideal day would be like, for us. The verses differ, because there’s really not just one of those days: it might be a performance, it might be a visit home. I continue the vision in “Life’s About,” a song about journeying the world, and other versions of our off-days, together. To make songs about how, with our shared excitement with the audience, we collect the power to have a life where ease and freedom are options, time choices are committed and engaged and relished.
The passage of our desires through the Lion Gate Portal was certain, before we were aware to perceive a door frame. My impatience with the process dissolved when I became sure I would make it through, the intention was not a bridge to nowhere, but, INTO nowhere. The unknown is simply compelling.

Why try Affirmations? Here's a Positive Thought Train of Thought

Here is my 7 minute talk on helping you improve your mood and your way of living and thinking!

Whether you're dealing with an immediate worry, an existential concern, or just feeling bad because you haven't had exercise, say, or want to remove some subject pattern- here's a good set of thoughts meant to challenge you towards Wholeness. I'm a firm believer in the necessity of generating your own Truth, beginning with it singing inside you. What feels right, feels right, unconditionally. Wben you reward your mind with seeds and conditions for those seeds to be forested, the grove of its completion is in your sight. You recognize the end to which you are focused, and it comes to evidence after you are convinced. The soil accepts the seed before the trunk rises to light. See more about the way of life we're painting for ourselves at integr8dsoul.com is a passage to everywhere that's Integr8d Soul online. And Smashwords is a portal to me books, under Cecil Disharoon.
A lot of my contemplations come straight out of our jobs at the local grocery store- that's where I put these things into Action! And support our creativity by purchasing our books, short stories, or Red Bubble clothing! For example, here's our song lyrics, turned into a cool t-shirt!!!

Miami Neo Year - Integr8d Soul ft. DJ Pain 1 (demo edit)

For the song, It worked better to get some of the more inspired stuff up front first, then cut down anything I felt threw off the pace. This is the first time my sample came as a customer. I plan to ask my longtime friend DJE3 if he can mentor me in making my own beats, but this got I.S. moving forward to new ways. I learned a lot and tried some new things, without worrying about understanding it all, just listening for the changes.

What to do after a dramatically-hyped U.S. Election

I have personal convictions, and then, as a writer, I have an imagination for trying to grasp several other points-of-view. I feel there are a lot of wise people, many of whom don't write fiction, who honestly try for this, too.

I think, in our various information silos, there is a great temptation towards impatience (for the forebearance of those most at risk) in understanding those whose beliefs seem misinformed. There is a lot of anger embraced by those who choose that, over despair.
for those of us who concerned ourselves to any degree about the Election- and bear in mind the number of people who either didn't vote because of disinterest in local politics and a certainty they lived in a state whose Electoral Votes seemed decided. That figures into the numbers when one is trying to decide the size of any mandate. I think many Americans were going to feel as though their well-being and opinions were disregarded. The stories of self-interested parties on Capitol Hill are a part of any American's culturally-inculcated skepticism. I find facts that suggest that's not just their imaginations at work, either. Local initiatives are more individual and have a lot of effect on where a person decides to settle. Do you want to be where jobs, good schools, good roads and utilities are? And wherever you live, is it in any way something you, the private citizen, can affect? (I say, almost invariably, yes, but I also don't see the average citizen as being very civic-minded that way.) But the over-arching schemata in which your locality operates is also affected by your state (especially depending on your personal needs). We might over-estimate the drama and importance of the federal level, but that also has bearing. For some, more than they wish. Others depend on the federal government for a fair shake. The part that didn't jump right out at me: which party had more community get-togethers? As someone who shared the failing of being online more than my desire for experience outside called for, I couldn't see what a difference it makes when you actually get people together, not just virtually. It makes the door-knocking less intrusive and bullet-point bound. Democrat activists missed on the sort of get-togethers they are too cool for. It's not about phones or fund raisers for a glut of media buys. The NRA has a get-together within driving distance, wherever you are. Maybe it's time to stop laying all the blame at Lobbyists' feet. Maybe we don't know each other well enough to really, really talk. As a rule, not to be altered by political outcomes: I personally cannot afford to dwell in gloom, regardless, as that will take away my ability to help anyone, much less, myself. Many people have a long-standing habit of Doomsaying. Our economy was not in the shambles of post-World War Germany, and the vengeance doesn't seem imperialist, but personal. Whether we are dissolving as a democracy remains to be seen; there have been unhealthy signs for quite some time. As people become consumed with the fixations of their choice, the fronts of information expand, including some outright deception. The average person, I think, is not bothering with research on the numerous topics integral to legislation on local, state and especially national levels. The hardest part is, if you suspect agendas behind the information, it can become a reaction, to dismiss claims of facts. It can feel like a conspiracy/ cash grab to steal a piece of your very sanity!
Most people are not probably ready to wrap their heads around everything a President or Congress faces. I personally didn't invest as much into local political decisions, as I still feel somewhat detached from the doings of my town, as I have less skin in the game at present. I'm sure those who were indifferent, remain so; many who were energized, feel negated, feel no affiliation with the dour and spiteful pronouncements of those who think "I told you so" is going to objectively count for anything. And I imagine some feel relieved (no politically-charged violence, though there may be some, state-sanctioned, next year), and some, elated. Even among those who trusted in the rationality of their thoughts, whether you respect the outcomes or no, they too must also acknowledge the apparent reality of their fellow Americans, who, if they voted, did so mostly by feel and previous disposition. I do think some minds were changed in the interum, but those people might value keeping their opinions free of open conflict (because they don't enjoy those sorts of arguments, which I have seen get violently out of hand on occasion).
It's very emotional, and most people fall victim to some sort of confirmation bias even if, especially if, they are trying to pay attention. I see what will be asked of police departments create a conflict of conscience, but that could lead to the worst of us stepping in gladly. I realize every election in history has less-informed voters astride each divide. The tools available via the government- and I personally only use the most basic public services, because i can manage my basic needs, if not get ahead this way- are different, depending on who wins. My deepest concern would've been true regardless: I do not want the rich to 'eat' us. I do not want an oligarchy, but it has been growing systemically, more so since Citizens United. The question is, how do you grow grassroots awareness when so much of the public is indifferent and incurious. Not everyone is a poli sci wonk. But emotions brought out a lot of voters, and they kept a lot of people home, too, especially in non-battleground states. Right now, a lot of people who were told Harris was polling ahead feel lied to. Many of them were worried about the rights and treatment of others, and many felt there were promising ideas for improvement offered- but that would've depended on summoning the bicameral votes, always. And our Supreme Court, frankly, works beneath the notice of the average citizen. As people grow more disenchanted with the catastrophism they find in the Fourth Estate (which now has a multitude of ideologically-motivated spokespeople, some earnest, some cashing in), it's gotten really hard to agree upon sources of Truth in matters beyond our most mundane.

It's true that every President-Elect would do well to be prudent and humble. I think beating the numerous charges and seeing cases dropped has lent an elation to our present President-Elect. Is he trying to establish trusted people who do not have the Deep State's hands up their puppets? That is the only way to see his wish for appointees without careful vetting (he doesn't want to share power with anyone, I think) in a light other than alarm. Is it the Deep State trying to sabotage his reckoning? Or is Congress being asked to forego common sense? He is a place where anything seems possible. Whether the Supreme Court would ever be willing to delegate greater executive immunity seems a settled question, even though it's surprising they would willingly forego the power of their own position. I assure you the Senate is not so entirely in the bag. Voters on a state level are often turning out to restore reproductive rights.

We will be finding out the actuality of the swing of the pendulum, so to speak.

Appreciate each sign of happiness: filling up on Good People Energy

It was precisely because I felt physically low-energy and relaxed that I took so much inspiration from hearing Anji talk about the colored notepad she bought today. I am glad Dylan invited me out to eat (I had coffee) and we could chat. So, I started my creative output for the day with this ramble here. Are MAGA supporters just as bad as Trump? Someone asks.

However ill or well-informed they might be, MAGA seems to rely on a base of the despondent crossed with Christian Nationalists, and the rest are betting those votes against the Democrats, who I feel are not connecting with the rational side of their populist and popular policies.

You know how disdain and disgust are hard-wired in to Conservatism, and with his prevarications as well as the vulnerable parts of policy like the border and housing, some of them might not be such bad folk, but they need an opposition champion. With the neo-con alternative in Haley, and Trump-lite in the rest, he remains the default choice, for many people who embrace the Stolen Election argument, and those in stringent opposition to an establishment that has seemed - seemed, mind you- to offer nothing different.

I think there's a factual argument to be made for more progressive improvements which have been advanced. But if your town is shrinking from out-sourcing, it's really hard to establish small businesses, might be impossible to sustain your standard of living. There is genuine pain, felt by all of us working for corporate America.

At least, this is what I tell myself. I realize there are a lot of A**^#^@s out there who really are just-as-bad. And on whole, we started passing the threshold for Shamelessness and Prevarication back to his campaign launch. I really think our adventures in South America, not to mention proliferate gun sales, have destabilized the countries from which migrants are fleeing, and do not see them as 'vermin.' (There's no logic whatsoever in saying there's an organized effort to send the mentally-ill from asylums. If those countries had that sort of infrastructure, they'd have better mental health care. Tickets and transportation to America for the mentally incapictated are not a cheap or viable solution- that's fear-mongering.)

But keep hope.

I really don't know how a force of freedom fighters could duplicate Washington's courageous rally from the winter depths of Valley Forge, with a massive domestic force in place that is OK with the kind of extra-legal activity we saw with U.S. support of South American dictators. It would be a long struggle to build anything from a coalition of non-dicatatorship partisans, reliant largely on the ineptitude and croneyism of a fascist regime, which might be passed down for several terms. I feel this dictatorship suggestion will not alleviate the burdens of the working people, just as it's failed abroad. It's probably favorable to rich right-wingers who would love to lock up the opposition, who, in this GOP-led House that passed just 22 bills, isn't that effective against them, anyway.

I realize these are the times that try the souls of men. Keep the faith that we can emerge from this eclipse of genuine equality for all.

Are we all seeking the meaning of life or is there something else?

It's about your Experience! Bill Moyers interviews Joseph Campbell.

Baking at the Supermarket

Welcome back! In my previous post, I mentioned opening duties. The baker takes dough, off individual trays covered in parchment paper, from the Transit Case, to tray it for Proofing (humidity) one hour, then baking (about twenty-three to five minutes).
Now we'll pick up after the break (I like mine during sunrise), with several things described thoroughly in said post.

Now, let’s walk back in after break, fresh air, sunrise if it’s visible.

Finally, we go back for the rack with our donuts, which includes ones on glaze racks, for the donut case, and others for bakery production. It’s important to only glaze the ones on glaze racks, as the rest are for icing.

I bring my bucket over to the table. When I’m the one racking donuts for Prep, I like to put the Glaze Racks in the easiest position to pull. Every thing else will stay on, the whole time.

First, open your bucket, with the handle tool to leverage it open. Use a spatula to stir for about ten seconds. With the spatula set aside, begin dunking your donuts! I do a two-handed, two-donut approach. I start drizzling glaze on the donuts beneath, as I pull each pair through the goop, out of the bucket, and back to the tray. We like keeping the donuts on the 20-slot racks; they can all go in at once.

Your croissants rack takes fifteen minutes, so catch the beep!

I found myself keeping a small chart of the degrees to which different racks had proofed, according to their ultimate needs (between an hour and an hour and forty-five minutes).

Soon, we’ll pop that donuts rack into the oven for two minutes around 375-400 degrees, to set the glaze.

Break! If you have some calories on hand, you’ll want to ingest them- and drink some water. It’s after this that you have most of your lifting.

Now, we come back and lay out flat trays with parchment paper coverings- I like to do three at a time, at least two. These are ParBakes, which is to say, partially-baked, and you won’t need spray.

We’re heading into the Freezer for our Izzio, la Brea, Primetime, French (hard) rolls, and bagels. Tray your bagel load separately, to gather them all on one rack to bake separately from the rest of these breads.

As you tray this load of bread, keep in mind the bake times and temperatures. If you rack it up correctly the first time, you’ll save yourself so much energy, so make that a worthwhile goal. It’s easy to fix if you haven’t baked the bread, yet, but they do categorically fit together for baking at each time and temp.

Your department is sure to have these posted and in their manuals.

Break down the Frozen Load Here, we need a pallet jack, which you’ve been shown how to activate and pull. We’re headed to the Big Freezer, outside our department, where we’ll find one or two pallets for Bakery. The items on board will be familiar. We’re rolling all this back to the department. That should take about ten minutes, tops, just go carefully. I believe these are going to the department’s freezer. You may have to hold one in the big meat department fridge area- just don’t leave them at room temperature very long.

You’ll need the necessary complement of U-Boats- I’d say, roughly two per palette. I had to include the department’s grocery buggy, to break down the two loads for Monday. This is something you want to get out of floor traffic as early as possible. Think about how you stack, and when a box runs horizontal, just stack it parallel to the handle- it won’t take up very much space, hanging off the sides.

Get these u-boats back into the Cooler. Those are the big green pallettes on wheels you use to load things off the floor. It’s so fun, figuring out how to steer these things where you want, without trapping yourself. I hurt myself a little a few times.

Now, let’s get out some boxes of Hamburger Buns, Pan Rolls, Cocktail rolls (same dough), bring them over by the table, and set up a couple of flat trays with parchment and spray. Group your burger buns in fours, snug together. You’re doing eights of those, and the other rolls are bagged by the dozen.

These all bake at 380, but first, proof them for thirty minutes, and afterwards, we’ll proof them for another hour, an hour and a half total.

Back to the freezer with our Zebra’s list of pies, whole and half. Spray Quick shine on the maple apple and cherry pies. They go, in their tin, on the flat trays.

You hopefully have all this done, about four hours into your shift.

Let’s bake the pies and turnovers and strudel bites at once. First, the pies get fifteen minutes at 450. Now we could add in strudel bites- they need 23-25 minutes. They can go in separately, too, if you want to get the pies started, but there you go. Depends on how fast you can get 30 bites at a time onto trays over parchment paper.

The pies go in for two times, second at reduced temperature, in our store, but they can be baked consistently at one temp, one time, I think 385 for 35 minutes.

This is the earliest I’d consider Lunch, but if you can do one more task? Donuts. I got Strussel Bites finished before I left, yesterday, because I had been waiting to put in my batch of La Brea breads, to finish out the department’s baking needs for the morning. Cookies are the afternoon department’s domain. Then I lay out three trays, and add parchment. Here, you add one metal watchacallit with its triangles-up- it’s a rack, not the big ones on wheels, but one you find beneath your Baking Table. You want it ‘upside down’ or the donuts will be raised too high to fit into the wheeled rack and will roll all over the kitchen floor.

I presently make 4 two-dozen trays of Donuts to Glaze. Here’s where you catch all the glazed deserts- it’s only about six trays, total, and you place them back into the donut rack as you complete each one.

Now, I’m ready to begin portioning, with usually four donuts going onto the rack to be glazed, and eight on the parchment-covered flat racks to be iced. The Long Johns are not glazed, and you lay out a dozen of each of the three kinds. I find it best to look on the Zebra for whatever box I have on top of my Huge Donut Trailer. You are mostly working with donuts at this point, but there are a few Pars listed on the Zebra, like the number of Strussel Bites.

Don't let this rack drop in temperature or the contents will mush! I like to work with another U-boat or wheeled cart, to set aside the boxes I’ve gone into, then restack everything as it was again at the end, minus whatever boxes we empty in the process of panning. I go through my donut boxes, picking over the freezer loads for additional boxes as I need them.

As soon as you’re done, the strussels and turnovers are quick to melt, so, immediately get this big donut cart back to the freezer. I learned an even better trick: slip it into the Cooler!
Baked breads from our transit case doughs at the start.

Here’s a great place to take your half hour for Lunch.

Afterwards, we’re Setting Up Prep for Tomorrow. We’ll need our Zebra again. It’s got our numbers of French breads etc. we need to pan up in the Transit Case.

We’ll pan up Chocolate croissants according to the number on the Zebra, four to a box. Then we have Classic and Mini Croissants, four and a dozen to a box, respectively- usually nine boxes each.

Put these together on a 16-slot, or medium sized, rack, and cover them with a plastic bag.

Transit Case and Croissants both go in the Cooler, as soon as they’re panned up.

You should be about six total hours into your tasks, now. Put your load away. Clean up and take cardboard to the trailer.

And that is how you get it all done in seven hours! Plus half an hour for lunch. I have this process down to just over eight total hours, including lunch and breaks. I think I've been at it about ten times, now?

TXT (ft. Anitta) Coming Back For More and V's For You- I.S. Reacts!

Here's a minute breakdown of some highlights as we present: I.S. Reacts, featuring TXT and Brazillian pop star Anitta. The full video's at Great fun! Nice blend of KPop and Brazillian music, OK. Should be a popular dance hit.
We also did V of BTS' very latest release, too.

It's got mellow California vibes, and I believe it shows some of the tv show V's been acting in. I don't watch TV, really, though. We just got started doing Reaction Videos. It's an extension of our interests in dance and singing and even the songwriting coming out of Korea. You can find out about our original efforts and so on at

What's Baking like, in a modern grocery store?

Get the sleep you need, to make everything about Baking the challenge it really it is, rather than the one it would feel like, when you arrive at four in the morning to punch in.

When you arrive in the bakery first,
go turn on the Proofer. This big box of humidity needs at least ten minutes to temp at 100 degrees, with 55 percent humidity. I recommend laying down your safety mat by the baking counter, because you’re going to be on your feet rather a lot. They’re rolled up by the lockers. (Not anymore! I always find them down, now.)

We share a corner of the Meat Department refrigerator, the coolest room in the house. That’s why we call it: The Cooler- where three racks of prepared dough await. The metallic transit cooler is filled with French breads, which need to be wheeled over to the table for preparation.

The ovens won’t be needed now for an hour, but turn them on by the time you finish the Transit Case, at least, just before checking stock for Today’s Prep. That’ll be how we close out our first hour.
There were three wheeled racks for us in the Cooler. Transit Case goes first. I recommend waiting on the others.

Next we pan up the French bread/ baguettes, etc.

I recommend a rack with 16 slots, here. Wheel it up beside you. Mind how some racks have 10, some have 16, and two have 20 slots for pans. I slapped a post-it on one rack that, I discovered, doesn’t have the hooks you need to secure the rack in the oven. Why tray it up with any goods to bake? I call it the Tray-Holder Rack. It’s rounded, rather than hooked, at the top. I’d keep everything on this rack consistent: all Transit Case doughs. You will probably add the Hoagies for Proofing with this rack, but remember they bake separately.
We have Everything breads, which is to say, we dip them in this dried onion-based mix. Be sure to roll your Everything Italian loaves with separate gloves. I like to locate all my trays with food contaminants at the bottom of my rack. For example, I put Asiago, Sesame and Everything Bagels in the bottom slots, when I fill a rack with the day’s bagels to bake.

I was given three diagrams for these bread trays. None go on a flat tray with parchment paper! That’s just how they thaw, in the TC. Your Sourdough Rye loaf should be distinct, and it’s going to get its own particular tray, the kind with three compartments, which you spray to prevent sticking.

This is the Transit Case breads, baked. They will be ready about two hours after we start the day.
French bread, italian, hoagies- I call these the Horizontal trays. No parchment. Just kneed, leave a couple fingers’ room at each end, and parcel out all but your baguettes and SD Rye in a manner you would regard as horizontal to you, just like these letters.
The baguettes get the Vertical trays. You’ll need six, I believe. Seems like about seven or eight Horizontals.
There! Your first half an hour is off to an easy start.

This is roughly enough time for the Proofer to be ready! You can put the croissants in, fifteen minutes ahead, or time them to go with the bread.
You can put on the ovens for their default temps, just On, and go grab a Zebra, our handheld inventory device: it’s time to set up for Today’s Prep! Remember your ID and Password, and let’s punch up Fresh Production, then Bakery. You match the items on the floor to the ones listed in the Zebra. You might start with the LaBrea and Izzio breads, as they are displayed close to one another.

As you make your way to the boxed deserts, look closely, to distinguish between Private Select and Bakery Fresh products. Your store will carry numerous others that are simply put straight out of their frozen boxes.
We punch in the number of items remaining on display- always Zero for Baguettes. We start with freshly-baked ones, every morning.
Make sure you’ve reviewed all 71 or so items, then Complete. Your production needs for today, and prep for tomorrow, will be calculated on the Zebra, which we’ll check in with, momentarily. I can do this now in about 14 minutes. For now, we pan up forty bollilos for the Deli, along with four Prime Time Bread and all of your 400 degree rolls. The numbers for your Bolillos, Sub Rolls, Kaiser Rolls, and Telera all await you on your To Do List on the Zebra! The rack needs space for all your production, but get what you can on a 16- slot rack, to leave space for baking. The more things go on a tray, the more energy it takes to properly bake it all. Better to use two if your load requires it. Bollillos go in the Horizontal trays; sub rolls, in the Verticals. Consult notes for tray layouts for each bread- general rule, they need space to bake fully and not grow into each other- unless it’s hamburger buns. By now, how are your Croissants in the Proofer? They should finish around the time you’re glazing. You want to start your oven rotations with them. That second oven chamber will be good for setting your glaze, soon. Before those Danishes go in, visit the small fridge for our four fruit toppings, all together on one tray. Keep one in stock and day-dot it for the day you make a new bag of topping. That first fifteen minute break will sound good, after you unwrap the donut rack and get to glazing! Depends on what part of sunrise you’d like to watch. I think I'll save the rest for more blogs! You just read almost 1000 words devoted to the first hour of what I just learned how to do. It's kind of like the saying about the Marines, where we get more done before six a.m. than some people do, all day.

This began with her #angiedanceswithangels # on TikTok. She wrote down several songs for freestyling. Two weeks into her idea, she pulls out this one. I turned the laptop so I could watch her, and she recorded a Duet of my dance alongside hers. Then we both began editing using different clips. This one's based on her edit, on the phone, in Tiktok. I cut that in with her solo performance again, and added a couple of effects to hers. There you go!

We realized we needed to emphasize the visual element of our music as Integr8d Soul. Fortunately, we've developed a love of new music that opens up: Dance Covers! Dance Challenges! And we're taking what we're learning, in the month or so I've been noodling on CapCut, to our own videos, so stick around! One thing I love about this tune: produced by Nile Rogers. Yes, the producer behind Bowie's commercial pinnacle LP, Let's Dance, the guy who Walked That Dinosaur, is putting the beat togetehr with a new generation of pop idols.

Mariah from Young and the Restless: a fun fan video

I think I'm going to like CapCut. We watch video editor Jordan Orme; he recommended this software. These song clips and FX were all part of the program. I hope we'll finally pull together the first Integr8d Soul video with clips filmed here. Right now, it's more of a list of FX and tropes from videos, but not quite a completed choreography. I'm not 100% on which song will get a video first!
Our newest recording actually mixes our voices with an instrumental track. I hope you dig its jazzy rock sound- and if you like this kind of pop/rock music, check out Magic Man by Jackson Wang. We had all the fun, creating this cover. We're working on a couple more...
